friendly staff excellent location
The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was excellent. It was accessible for sightseeing and near the Green Park station tube.
The hotel doesn't have a gym. I felt a bit deceived by the club description.

I enjoyed my stay. It was close to notable landmarks. the room was clean and serviced well . the bed was comfortable. It rivaled others i have encountered at various hotels. i enjoyed this short stay..
i noticed the absence of upgrades through hotels.com, and there was no food and beverage discount available. aside from that, the hotel was a pleasant surprise.

underwhelming room and a shower problem
design flaw water splashing
the hotel staff, they was kind and helpful .
my room was not up to par. the shower had a design flaw, water constantly splashed onto the floor when in use. this created a hazard, and made it difficult to keep the bathroom clean.

small room marble floor
the staff attitude was acceptable as i expect from a luxury hotel.
i booked a beautiful room, but it was smaller than i thought. also, the bathroom shower was awkward because it had a step up and a marble floor. i consider that an accident waiting happen.
